AIIM began in July 2001 by incorporating the business activities of Woodhouse and Co, Charted Accountants, (an established and respected firm with over 17 years experience in the Albury-Wodonga Region) a provider of traditional accounting, tax and business advise; with Border Finance & Leasing, (with over 20 years in banking experience) a provider of loan and business finance consultancy as well as accessing lease, hire purchase and commercial finance products.

With the expansion of business operations came the introduction of a new range of products including; Financial Planning, Risk(life) Insurance, Residential & Mortgages, Business Coaching and Development.
